1. Delivery Areas

We deliver across India, including metro cities, tier-2 cities, and most pin codes. To check if we deliver to your location, enter your pin code at checkout.


2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

📌 Orders placed on Sunday or a public holiday will be processed the next working day.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, etc.): 2–4 business days
  • Other cities & towns: 4–7 business days
  • Remote or rural areas: 7–10 business days


📌 Delivery timelines may vary during sale seasons, festive holidays, or due to courier delays.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on all orders

 

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery across most serviceable pin codes in India! Simply select COD at checkout and pay when your order arrives at your doorstep.

  • COD availability depends on your pin code
  • Please keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery

 

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an SMS and/or email with your tracking details. You can also log into your BuyBasket.in account to track your order in real time.


7. Return Policy — 7 Days

Not satisfied? No problem. We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery.

Eligible for Return:

  • Damaged or defective product received
  • Wrong item delivered
  • Product significantly different from the description

Not Eligible for Return:

  • Items returned after 7 days of delivery
  • Used, washed, or damaged by the customer
  • Products without original packaging or tags
  • Perishable goods or items marked as non-returnable


How to Initiate a Return:

1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery via email or WhatsApp.

2. Share your order number and a photo of the issue.

3. Our team will arrange a pickup or guide you through the next steps.

4. Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and verify the returned item.


📌 Refunds for COD orders will be processed via Bank Transfer / UPI.

8. Damaged or Lost Shipment

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund.
